∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Account for all of the income and expenditure.
∎ Manage the voucher system for all incidental expenditure.
∎ Be responsible for preparing bills for payment and ensuring these are paid in a timely fashion.
∎ Introduce and manage appropriate accountancy software.
∎ Report on the turnover of sales.
∎ Responsible for banking services.
∎ Be responsible for giving accurate information to the Directors.
∎ Analyzing, Classifying and recording the financial transactions in daily basis.
∎ Supervising to analyze, record and prepare financial reports or statements
∎ Monitoring banking activities of the organization and conduct bank reconciliation in monthly basis.
∎ Monitoring economic transactions, bank statements, party ledgers and recording and reporting of Accounts Receivable/ Payable and ensuring necessary reconciliation before finalizing the financial statements.
∎ Preparing financial statements for statutory audits as per financial calendar and ensure necessary reporting to statutory bodies.
∎ Recording and maintaining cash book, bank book, stock register/stationery register, fixed assets register, cheque register, leave register and other necessary registers.
∎ Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Fluency in Microsoft Office, Internet and e-mail correspondence.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
