Responsibilities & Context:
Operate the lift & Escalator safely to transport passengers and goods between floors as required.
Ensure the lift & Escalator is functioning properly before and during operation.
Assist passengers courteously, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Report any operational malfunction, unusual noise, or mechanical problem to the maintenance or electrical department immediately.
Keep the lift cabin and surrounding areas clean and orderly at all times.
Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures in case of lift failure or power outage.
Support maintenance staff during inspection or servicing of the lift.
Maintain a daily operation log and record any incidents or maintenance requirements.
