∎ Proven experience in bakery production or a similar manufacturing environment.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
∎ Familiarity with production planning and ERP systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Production Operations:Follow daily production orders and ensure timely execution.Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.2.Raw Material Management:Requisition raw materials needed for production.Oversee the production process to ensure the optimal use of raw materials.3. Production Reporting:Generate Finished Goods Production Reports accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare and maintain documentation, including formula mix, daily production reports, and packaging reports.4. Manpower Handling:Manage and supervise the workforce involved in the production process.Ensure proper training and adherence to safety protocols among production staff.5. Machinery and Production Line Monitoring:Monitor production lines and machinery to identify and address any issues promptly.Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.6. Documentation:Maintain detailed records of formula mixes, daily production reports, and packaging reports.Ensure compliance with all documentation standards and quality control procedures.  7. Consumption Reporting:Generate daily consumption reports to track and analyze resource usage.Implement measures to optimize resource consumption.8. By-Product Management:Manage the return of remaining by-products to the store on a regular basis.Implement processes for efficient by-product handling and storage.9. Adherence to Instructions:Execute any other tasks or responsibilities as instructed by Superior Management.Adapt to changes in procedures and instructions as required.10. New Products Development:Contribute to the development of new bakery products.Collaborate with the R&D team and implement production processes for new products
