Flixza Group is seeking a creative, dedicated, and detail-oriented Female Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. The selected candidate will mainly focus on social media content design and video editing for all concerns under Flixza Group — including eBagan, New Gini Properties Ltd., Griho Pet, Al-Karim Motors, and City Kebab & Cafe.

She will closely assist in handling the design requirements of our e-commerce brand eBagan, and contribute to various corporate and marketing visuals across the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms — including social media posts, e-commerce banners, product packaging, and promotional materials.
• Assist senior designers in creating layouts, branding materials, and campaign creatives aligned with the company’s visual identity.
• Edit and retouch product photos for digital ads, listings, and marketing content.
• Ensure all design outputs maintain brand consistency and meet professional visual standards.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to the marketing, content, and management teams.
• Deliver design projects within deadlines, maintaining accuracy and creativity.
• Take initiative in video editing and multimedia projects as directed by management.
• Support other design-related tasks as needed, contributing to the company’s overall creative development.
