∎ Location: Banani, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and Analyze client financial data to accurately complete tax forms and schedules & update data based on the laws, Rules & regulations.
∎ Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely filings.
∎ Effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Proficient in Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening English
∎ Ability to attend weekly meetings via Googlemeet (Day or Night)
∎ Work closely with seniors, Lead and Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting through effective communication, timely responsiveness, and a commitment to client satisfaction. (Team Player)
∎ Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all tasks (multitasking abilities)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
∎ A comprehensive understanding in Finance & Taxation
∎ Excellent attention to detail & ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when tackling tasks.
∎ Ability to analyze financial data, identify deductions, and interpret tax laws to optimize returns for clients while ensuring compliance.
∎ Familiarity and proficiency with different softwares and accounting software to streamline processes.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
∎ Providing excellent customer service by addressing client queries, offering tax advice, and building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
∎ Managing multiple client files, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining organized records are crucial aspects of the job.
∎ Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
∎ Being proactive in staying updated with industry trends, tax laws, and attending relevant workshops or courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
