∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
∎ Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication ability.
∎ Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
∎ Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Hands-on experience with hardware issue of Desktop Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Switch, Router and UPS (Offline and Online).
∎ In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
∎ Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
∎ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
∎ Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., ComTIA A+, CompTIA Net+)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (printers, scanner, photocopier, routers etc.)
∎ Installing, configuring hardware components of computer and network systems
∎ Have to capable with checking functionality is working well on hardware of desktop computer, laptop, printer, scanner, switch, router and UPS (Offline and Online).
∎ Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
∎ Have capable with punching and checking appropriately of network cable.
∎ Assemble and install network racks and network cabinets.
∎ Installed patch panels, modular punch, face plate setup.
∎ Have to capable with CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, checking data backup regularly.
∎ Have to check fiber link regularly (Data and Internet connectivity).
∎ Have to capable with Data center equipment’s routine wise maintenance and health checkup.
∎ Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
∎ Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
∎ Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
∎ Testing new hardware like Desktop computer, laptop, printer, scanner, switch, router, ups (Offline and Online) and other IT equipments.
