Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target and ensure smooth recovery of accounts receivables.
∎ Maintain relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective corporate customers.
∎ Prepare daily activity report and submit to the Team Leader.
∎ Maintain good relationship with customer.
∎ Answer customer on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms & condition.
∎ Gather market and customer related information.
∎ Visits to different corporate offices.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ At least 1 year working experience in Real Estate company.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
