Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Major in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Major in Accounting
∎ CA/CC will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare standard audit report (Periodic) furnish with observation and suggested recommendations for improvement guidelines
∎ Assist to prepare annual audit plan and conduct risk-based audit as per audit schedule.
∎ Perform field visit in case of verification on procurement process where applicable.
∎ To analyze and verify all the transactions and input of the ERP with the approved vouchers.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures
∎ Check all kinds of purchase requisition with bill and vouchers.
∎ To check monthly wages, salary and OT sheet, EL and employee’s settlement payments.
∎ Check Requisition, MRR, stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Prepare different audit reports with accuracy and match with audit objective for the use of the top management.
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Check & Report on the purchase, production, wastage management.
∎ To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, etc.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required.
∎ Physical verification of inventory and fixed assets.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent working skills in MS Office, Tally, SAP, ERP.
∎ Knowledge in Social audit, Technical audit, Environmental audit, Security & others buyers audit.
∎ Effective communication skilled.
∎ Strong analytical, technical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
