Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to be primary point of contact for third party e-commerce sites.
∎ Ensure to understand and supervise all the third-party e-commerce site's requirements
∎ Process to operate all the third-party online orders.
∎ Ensure to sync third-party orders with the existing e-commerce site.
∎ Maintain offers and sale of third-party with existing site.
∎ Ensure online order customers, answering phone and resolving complaints and help processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Deliver any other communication tools as appropriate and as directed by the in-house and third-party e-commerce.
∎ Ensure assistance for Stock Control with third-party.
∎ Ensure accurate and thorough approach to all payment processing and refunds with third-party.
∎ Ensure to minimize stock loss by maintaining a high level of awareness and alertness.
∎ Monitor delivery process.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in retail category management procedures and best practices
∎ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
∎ Expertise in MS office package and other required software's
∎ Product knowledge
∎ Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skill
∎ Strong ability to negotiate and attention to detail
∎ Project management knowledge

Salary: Negotiable
