∎ Partner network & related end user’s service
∎ Receiving customer complaint and taking action to resolve.
∎ Escalate any unsolved issue and follow up & Maintain the ticketing system and other troubleshooting tools.
∎ Ensure the SLA.
∎ Ensure the monitoring system.
∎ Documentation & reporting.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted service.
