Incoming call attend and providing all type of service
Abounded call outbound back ensured
Other offline source complaint/query attending
External communication/follow-up for escalated issue
Operation on ticketing system
Daily Report checking / Work on complaint root causes
Area survey outbound call
Training for improvement
