Completed the certification course related to CCNA/MTCA, will get priority
Responsibilities & Context: Abounded call outbound back ensured
Other offline source complaint/query attending
External communication/follow-up for escalated issue
Operation on ticketing system
Daily Report checking / Work on complaint root causes
Area survey outbound call
Training for improvement
Ensure the SLA
