Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare bill, voucher and maintain/ update ledger properly on daily basis in Excel & Software;
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded on time.
∎ Prepare sales bill & collection and make sure all purchase bill (Local & import) posting properly & reconcile with supplier bill;
∎ Update accounts receivable/payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, and perform reconciliations with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and other records.
∎ Responsible for inventory and fund management
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and report to the management.
∎ Proper checking of Salary and allowances, remuneration and ensure accurate accounting entry in Tally Software.
∎ Preparation of Payment voucher by complying with source tax and VAT.
∎ Daily intercompany balance confirmation.
∎ Creation of new party in Tally after proper checking and maintain group ledgers and ledgers as per accounting standard/accounting principle.
∎ To responsible for billing process, prepare supplier bill reconciliation statement, cheque withdraw, issue and party payment and posting in to Tally ERP software.
∎ Prepare statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss account and other financial statements according to accounting standards/accounting principle/financial guidelines/legal requirements.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
