Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
∎ Work at Factory
∎ Job Location Baroipara,Ashulia,Savar,Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure IP Camera/CCTV Camera Smoothly.
∎ Solve The Camera Related All Problems.
∎ Maintain NVR/DVR Configuration System.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV Camera, IP camera Video conferencing systems.
∎ Maintain computer systems and ensure IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, UPS/IPS, etc).
∎ Maintain and configure Wi-Fi routers and attendance devices.
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Outlook on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile; Microsoft Teams/Zoom Support, etc.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
∎ Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware & Network device.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
