Education:
∎ MBA/MSc examinations of all levels from a recognized university should be second division/class. Third division/class will not be accepted at any stage. B.Sc in CSE (4 years term) Degree in Computer Science.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
∎ Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
∎ Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware configurations, and system integrations.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The first and second divisions/classes before the results published in the grading system will be determined as follows;
∎ 1. In case of SSC or equivalent and HSC or equivalent examination results: GPA 3.50 or above = First Division Minimum GPA 3.00 = Second Division
∎ 2. In case of CGPA given by approved university: 4.00 On a 5.00 Point Scale 3.00 or Above 3.75 or Above

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System Maintenance and Support:
∎ Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
∎ Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve system issues to prevent outages.
∎ Network Administration:
∎ Maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
∎ Monitor network performance to ensure it is operating efficiently.
∎ Troubleshoot network issues and outages.
∎ User Support and Training:
∎ Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
∎ Conduct training sessions to enhance staff's IT skills.
∎ Create and maintain user guides and documentation.
∎ Security and Compliance:
∎ Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus and firewall protection.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
∎ Software and Hardware Management:
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
∎ Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software.
∎ Data Backup and Recovery:
∎ Implement and manage data backup and recovery plans.
∎ Ensure regular backups are taken and stored securely.
∎ Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
∎ IT Projects and Upgrades:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects and system upgrades.
∎ Work with vendors to procure IT equipment and services.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
∎ Database Administration:
∎ Maintain and support the organization's databases.
∎ Ensure data integrity and security.
∎ Perform regular database backups and recovery.
∎ Policy Development:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

∎ Salary: Probation Period 6 Month 45,000/- BDT. After six months, salary allowances will be given according to the salary structure of the organization. Lunch, mobile and internet bills, provident fund, gratuity benefits and other facilities in addition to the salary.

∎ Festival & Boisakhi Bonus with: 3
