We are seeking an IT Officer who can provide technical support and maintain an organization`s IT infrastructure, including installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring network and data security. Key responsibilities also include:

• Managing and maintaining websites to ensure security, uptime, and optimal performance. The work includes content updates, technical troubleshooting, and coordinating with management on design and development - basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Creating, editing, and managing video, graphic, and social media content. Proficiency in multimedia software and content management is required.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices, servers, and operating systems. Ensures network security, monitors performance, and provides user support. Must be proficient in troubleshooting and backup management.

• Should have excellent communication and time management skills.
