Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Diploma in Computer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and maintenance of Desktop computers, Laptops, tablets, Network printers, photocopiers, scanners etc.
∎ Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN & LAN-related accessories. Installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and restoration of Active Directory (AD) and extended Active Directory.
∎ Provide primary support for critical system issues and support for escalated issues from users and Data Center Operations.
∎ The individual will ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, security systems (Security Appliance system, Antivirus), and related procedures are functioning smoothly on a daily basis.
∎ Maintaining Operating logs, System logs, Internet using logs, Hardware, and backup media performance & usage evaluations in order to improve performance strategies in an ? Plans, designs, and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide effective manner.
∎ Area network (WAN)
∎ Plan design and implement CCTV system, system. Maintenance and backup databases.
∎ Website design, development, and maintenance.
∎ Planning, development, and implementation of an Information system for the management information system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 45 years
