Job Context:
∎ The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for the efficient management of e-commerce clients to ensure the channel strategy is fully implemented. For this, he/she must closely work and with the different clients of the online platforms. Responsible to achieve the Company targets and growth by developing sales and promotion strategies for the E-accounts (clients) ensuring all trade terms, channel costs and expensed are within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎ Develop and implement the Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the Key Accounts under his/her responsibility in alignment with company's strategy.
∎ To learn and understand the consumer intelligence from the e-accounts to propose service improvements and detect opportunities to increase the product portfolio, price points and promotional schemes to satisfy consumer needs.
∎ Build and lead SMART e-account planning including sales and inventory management, on time delivery, committed dealings (quality, service), staffing, expenditure management to ensure operational efficiency and Return on Investment (ROI).
∎ Monitor and ensure proper inventory management through Purchase Requisitions (PR), Goods Received (GR), Internal Stock Transfer, Stock Returns, Fast/Slow/Non-moving items analysis, Wastage etc. as per company's process.
∎ Identify and ensure associate, customer and supplier concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
∎ To ensure team work activities and challenging mindset for continuous business development through strong intra departmental relationship and co-ordination.
∎ Assist supervisor in the development of strategic plan through sharing various types of required business analysis and relevant information.
∎ Management:
∎ Manage financial transaction in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer satisfaction as top priority.
∎ Ensure efficient operation management through standard profit and loss accounting methods.
∎ Monitor and ensure area of responsibility's compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures and directives.
∎ Be a responsible for the management & safety of all equipment, tangible and intangible property & IT Infrastructure of outlet premises.
∎ Leadership:
∎ Manage and motivate staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance, etc).
∎ Continually seek opportunities to be innovative and increase efficiency within work stream.
∎ Relationship:
∎ Internal - Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing & Other Support Team
∎ External - Suppliers / Vendors / Customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in retail supermarket
∎ Advanced knowledge of online marketing operation (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, SMS) and data analytics tools.
∎ Skill Sets:
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working
∎ Experience:5-7 years working experience in retail industry is required
∎ Key Success Factors:
∎ Achieving the ABP targets in Sales, GP, OPEX, Delivery, CSI and other stated areas
