Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning For online promotion and communication.
∎ Making Promotional design with Thematic Graphic Design.
∎ Market forecasting and feeding overall market information.
∎ Analyzing sales trend of the team to identify the growth potentials and improvement areas.
∎ Preparation and negotiation of concept with the supplies/Agents/Hotel.
∎ Maintaining internal relationship with the operation team to attain customer priorities and company interests.
∎ Keeping excellent relationship with business partners, local and global.
∎ Analyzing reports on business gain and loss, new business opportunity report, competitor's activities and retail business update and taking appropriate initiatives along with sales team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: IT & Graphic Design
∎ Minimum 01 years or who have very good skill Digital marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT for Market Communication & Graphic Design with Bangla and English Typing.
