Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The IT and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinic’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of all technical aspects, and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to promote our services and grow our online presence.Key Responsibilities:
∎ IT Management:
∎ Manage and maintain the clinic’s IT systems, including networks, software, and hardware.
∎ Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage vendor relationships for software and hardware solutions.
∎ Digital Marketing:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services, treatments, and products.
∎ Lead team with digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM) platforms.
∎ Track and analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and ROI.
∎ Create content, including social media posts, blogs, and videos, to engage with current and potential patients. This includes editing photos, editing videos as well.
