International Students Consultancy
Job Context:
∎ 1) Have knowledge about overseas study consulting in AUS(AT LEAST 01 year of experience)
∎ 2) Excellent communication, explanation, and customer orientation.
∎ 3) Demonstrate strong sales, have the ability to maintain and widen customers’ relationships.
∎ 4) Excellent English, can communicate and do presentations in English. (equivalent IELTS 6.0)
∎ 5) Ability to work under high pressure and target.
∎ 6) An open mind to business challenges, improvement, and positive change
∎ 7) Great team player
∎ 8) Professional & efficient business communication (both English & Vietnamese)
∎ 9) The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) High Customer Service mind & pro-active sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target
∎ 2) Counseling prospective students and their families regarding study opportunities.
∎ 3) Provision of information on institutions to students either face to face or over the telephone.
∎ 4) Following up on students’ applications and keeping students posted/ informed on offers/ rejections by the institutions.
∎ 5) Accurately & timely updating of student applications
∎ 6) Providing good after-sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source
∎ 7) Organization and implementation of promotional activities at local institutions
∎ 8) Organization and assistance in exhibitions and other educational exhibitions.
∎ 9) Interpretation for institutions at seminars/ interviews/ exhibitions.
∎ 10) Maintaining a good rapport with students, their families, local and institutional clients, and visa office.
∎ 11) Attending and servicing institutions upon their visits to the office.
∎ 12) Active participating in team meetings & training
∎ 13) Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
