Globalwings Study Abroad is expanding its counseling team and is looking for a proactive, smart, and articulate Student Counselor. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about guiding students toward international education opportunities.

We are seeking dynamic fresh graduates who are highly skilled, quick learners, research-oriented, sharp, brilliant, and possess excellent communication skills, computer skills, multitasking, along with practical and out-of-the-box knowledge. You will counsel students, support them through the application and visa process, and contribute to the growth of the organization through business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling

• Provide accurate guidance on study options in the UK, Australia & Canada.

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and institutions.

• Answer inquiries from students and parents professionally across all channels.

• Conduct pre-departure briefings.

Application & Visa Processing

• Manage applications from the initial consultation to visa approval.

• Assist students in preparing/managing application documents, including study plan writing, letters of recommendation, financial documents, and academic records.

• Conduct student interviews to assess their goals, strengths, and suitability for chosen programs.

• Provide guidance and support to improve English communication skills and meet university language requirements.

• Advise on achieving target IELTS/PTE/equivalent scores for admissions.

• Maintain regular communication with universities and track application progress.

• Provide updated advice on visa requirements, immigration policies, and compliance for each destination.

Business Development & Marketing

• Achieve and exceed enrollment and visa success targets.

• Actively participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

• Create and support marketing initiatives, including video content, social media posts, brochures, and other promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students.

• Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and stakeholders.

• Prepare accurate and timely reports on student applications, counseling activities, enrollments, and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest strategies for business growth.
