Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree (English Medium and Oversea Qualified applicants will get preference)
∎ A Strong and professional communicator in English and Bangla
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be assisting to process admission applications and to administrative support
∎ Will have a good understanding of overseas education, student admission, visa support, and Immigration matters
∎ MUST HAVE STRONG ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS AND A WELL PRESENTED INDIVIDUAL
∎ Will have advanced computer skills (MUST BE MS-Office, Photoshop, Outlook, etc. literate), great organizational skills with high accuracy, punctual, responsible and able to follow instruction
∎ Will be processing and tracking all client's files and sending correspondences to partner organizations and our counselor team
∎ Process various documents and applications with HIGH ACCURACY and work closely with admission and visa support teams
∎ Communicate with domestic and international partners and staff members via Email, Skype
∎ Assist processing team in document preparation and administration in accordance with company rules
∎ Ability to handle multiple student files and record details correctly
∎ Follow up the student files and assess their documents
∎ Individuals with proven & great counseling skills will be considered for Counselor positions
∎ Joining various marketing campaigns, seminars and events
∎ Your performance assessment will be based on your Key Performance Index (KPI) analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only well-presented individuals are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take any challenge to achieve the given target
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, Great computing skills, Positive attitude towards work under pressure and ability to work within a team and unsupervised when necessary
∎ Must be willing to work in flexible office hours and Possess great communication skills
∎ Should have strong work ethics, be Target Oriented & Self Motivated
∎ Must be fluent in English, both in oral and written communication
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ During the internship, a monthly 5,000 tk travel allowance will be provided to internees.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
