∎ HSC
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors social media communities and manages content posting and development of editorial calendars.
∎ Tracks and reports social community KPIs
∎ Implements digital audits, analyzes results, delivers initial findings and recommends strategies
∎ Coordinates the development of templates with the designing team.
∎ Monitors and reports to team on campaign performance
∎ Manages updating of agency communication channels, including website, blog and social media channels
∎ Analyzes metrics across multiple social channels and recommends ways to optimize performance
∎ Executes research related to:
∎ Social media platform and advertising updates
∎ Social media tools and applications
∎ Partner vendors (couponing, webinars, social monitoring providers, etc.)
∎ Audits online campaigns, identifies key findings and recommends approaches.
∎ Develop relationships and engage with media and influencers via social media
∎ Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
∎ Delivers work on or before deadline.
∎ Spots industry news and trends and shares with the team.
∎ Maintains organized and accurate files so team can easily find information.
∎ Do community engagement across all platforms for agency and clietns.
∎ Act as a middle man between graphic team and the end client
∎ Practical knowledge of social media marketing
∎ Excellent understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram and Snapchat as marketing platforms.
∎ Dealing with any urgent campaign issues
∎ Keeping the management team aware of campaign performance and key issues
∎ Ensuring all creative assets are produced in accordance with technical specifications
∎ Act as a middle man between graphic team and the end client
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
