Responsibilities & Context:

NewVision Solutions Ltd. is an international organization with operational excellence in Bangladesh and Japan. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants hands-on experience working with multinational team members. The selected candidate will actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of various HR and administrative projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in tracking employee leaves and timely reporting to management.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to organize events, celebrations, and recognition programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Develop creative content ideas, design visuals using Illustrator/Photoshop, and support the employer branding strategy across LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Perform sourcing, vendor communication, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing for office supplies and administrative needs.·      
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and logistics coordination.
  • Keep track of office supplies and equipment, update inventory logs, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
