Educational Requirements:
∎ Approaching Graduation from a reputed Private / Public University
∎ Graduates from NSU, IUB, AIUB, EWU, BRAC, DU, IBA, BUP along with other reputed university candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Graduates from Business Administration department are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and analyze immigration consultancy practices and procedures.
∎ Assist the Admin/Management with day to day official works.
∎ Research on immigration contents and reigning immigration programs that Global Immigration Consultants Ltd. is working with.
∎ Compile and present research findings and recommendations.
∎ Prepare necessary documentation, as per the given instructions regarding the active programs.
∎ Submit reports, in compliance with the immigration process, when necessary.
∎ Maintain professional communication with the clients and assist them with necessary clarifications throughout the process.
∎ Maintain communication with the incumbent Relationship Managers on a regular basis.
∎ Update the departments about any changes in information regarding immigration.
∎ Track and assess the effectiveness of the documentations as well as the client communications regularly.
∎ Conduct local and global immigration seminars whenever and wherever needed both inside and outside Dhaka.
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take challenge and be proactive
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Interpersonal communication skills & team management Skills.
∎ Good English proficiency in writing
∎ Decent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Expertise in online research will be given additional preference

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
