Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist the Business Development team in managing customer inquiries and service requests.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to identifying potential leads and business opportunities.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support documentation tasks.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and customer engagement activities when required.
