Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including managing ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.
∎ Assist in preparing product costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
∎ Assist in processing employee payroll, tax deductions, and statutory obligations.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations, and assist with tax filing and documentation.
∎ Regularly reconcile the company’s bank accounts, ensure proper documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
