Skills Required: 3D Animation,3D modeling and rendering,Interior Design,Interior Material Knowledge,Layout Skills
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 28 years
1.Age 22 to 27 years
2.In-depth knowledge of Interior Design materials and construction processes
3.In-depth knowledge of Interior Design, 2d,3dStrong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, estimate,3Ds Max, or similar).
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
5.Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX, Vary and , animation, Photoshop etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Interior Design
Brilliant communication skill with local clients and abroad.
Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models High-Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures
Site visit & measurements.
Capable of preparing creative Layout Plans by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch, 3D MAX, Vary Photoshop, etc.
Drawing preparation as per the requirement with project visit.
Meet clients to present proposed designs. Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
Have to good knowledge of wastage control project & production.
To complete project in time co-ordination & follow-up.
Make sure handover project quality & client satisfaction.
Project Pre-cost budget & actual report
Candidates have to maintain project report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
