Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an Early child Educator for Adorsholipi course. This course is basically focused on pre-school education. So,the instructor has to ensure the following points:
∎ ● Teaching and following a daily routine
∎ ● Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group
∎ ● Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged
∎ ● Must have child friendly behavior
∎ ● Should have consent in be a part of virtual contents and occasional lives
∎ ● Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play
∎ ● Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child
∎ ● Addressing the physical needs of the individual child or group.
∎ ● Composing detailed daily, monthly reports for parents and office management
∎ ● Meeting with the course coordinator on a regular basis
∎ ● Adhering to the guidelines of the Education Department and State
∎ ● Ability to conduct both virtual and physical classes
∎ ● Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children
∎ ● A caring and approachable nature
∎ ● Ability to work during the evening, and after-hours, as needed
∎ ● The candidate must have sound technological knowledge especially in Microsoft Powerpoint ,Microsoft Excel
∎ ● Must have a functional laptop with a good camera, and headset or headphone
∎ ● Must have a strong internet connection
