Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Information and Monitoring Coordinator will be responsible for managing information of different projects and executing data collection tools and ensure data validation through field monitoring to execute the process monitoring of the projects and facilitate the processing of sensitive EiE and CPiE data in a timely and accurate manner while providing regular trend analysis in line with Data Sharing Protocols and confidentiality. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparing periodical 5W reports, managing CPIMS+ and ONA reporting and provide support to prepare narrative and formative reports, sectoral report. Building the capacity of Plan International Bangladesh Cox's Bazar Project Staff and partner's staff members on data collection, data editing, and validation process. Coordinating to conduct monitoring, feedback session and organizing workshops for packaging learning from all projects. IMC Coordinator will report to MER&A Specialist at Cox's Bazar Project Office.
∎ The role & Scope:
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks of projects are implemented at project level that allow capturing and dissemination of high quality evidence on project progress for internal learning and external reporting as well as beneficiary accountability.
∎ Projects/Programme including Partners has a functional MIS system and conducts quality assessments to determine the validity, reliability, and integrity of performance data gathered to monitor programme performance.
∎ Provide technical support to ensure quality documentation and analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a Bangladeshi Nation who is competent and committed professional holding At least Postgraduate degree, preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies, MIS and Statistics, or other relevant field. Required to have 4 to 5 years' experience to work in Information Management and Monitoring at national or international development organizations. Skill in using software of data analysis (i.e. SPSS & MS Access) and MS Excel. Prior experience of working in greater Chittagong Division is a plus, preferably in international development organization as well as good understanding & knowledge about Humanitarian architecture of the Rohingya Response its operating and regulatory environment. Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox's Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage.
