Requirements

• MBBS with valid registration (BMDC or relevant authority)

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience

• Comfortable with telemedicine tools (smartphone/computer, stable internet)

• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach

• Well-mannered and able to follow company policy and protocol

• Certificate/Training/Experience in Dermatology & Venereology (Skin & Sexual Health) is preferred (strong advantage).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide online medical consultations via chat/voice/video (as required)

• Take brief history, assess symptoms, and provide appropriate medical guidance

• Prescribe/advise according to clinical judgment and platform protocols

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients

• Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic, patient-centric communication

• Coordinate with customer support to ensure a smooth patient experience
