Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for day-to-day safety & quality audit related activities under safety department of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ • Periodically keeping update with applicable regulatory requirements, international best practices, standards and recommendations related to safety & quality audit.
∎ • Establishing & maintaining USBA Safety & Quality audit programs and assisting the Head of Safety in the analysis of corrective & preventive safety measures generated from the audits to perform and facilitate hazard identification and risk mitigation process of USBA SMS;
∎ • Monitoring relevant manuals & documents on safety & quality management system are developed and maintain in accordance with applicable regulations & procedures;
∎ • Developing internal audit program on individual discipline of USBA, on safety & quality management systems and processes, to ensure compliance;
∎ • Developing an audit plan concerning individual discipline of USBA.
∎ • Under the guidance of Head of Safety, conduct internal safety & quality audit on individual disciplines of USBA to ensure the compliances on safety & quality management systems and its processes;
∎ • Under the guidance of Head of Safety, conduct safety & quality audit on external service providers of USBA to ensure the compliances on safety & quality management systems and its processes;
∎ • Regular follow-up of corrective actions recommended through audit programs, so to monitor its effectiveness, and to ensure timely compliance of non-conformities.
∎ • Planning and conducting departmental and unit level Safety & Quality Audit related Trainings and Briefings regularly as a part of USBA SMS promotion program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with working experience on one or more of the following backgrounds will get preference,
∎ o Auditing
∎ o Aviation
∎ o Instructional
∎ o Safety
∎ o Quality
∎ Candidate with good knowledge & experience on Quality Audit and/or Safety Audit will get high preference.
∎ Aeronautics/Aeronautical Engineering or any other aviation subject related graduate will get preference.
∎ Candidate with good knowledge on aviation field, skills in software applications, and proficiency in English will get preference.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Well conversant in software management systems and aviation principles.
∎ Strong sense of discipline.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
