Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing company strategy according to instruction.
∎ Close monitoring of outlet’s overall operation, Timely outlet opening, closing and attendance management
∎ Achieving target (Sale, Footfall, Growth)
∎ Managing cash and inventory
∎ Enlisting and placement of demand
∎ Retaining relationship with land owner and managing outlet surroundings.
∎ Motivation of employee, target breakdown, orientation and monitoring
∎ Conducting regular maintenance of equipment and fixtures
∎ Maintaining relationship with special customers and meet their demand
∎ Gather demand from surrounding business and develop additional sales channel
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the products and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
∎ Any other responsibility as per requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Having 2 (two) years’ experience in relevant field (Retail Chain) will be given preference
∎ Tech savvy and process oriented
∎ Having good command in MS Office
∎ Highly energetic, sound in physically and mentally
∎ The quality of team player, motivator, analytics and planning, people and process management is must

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
