Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments
∎ Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
∎ Organize supplies and resources for lecturers
∎ Conduct offline (face-to-face) and online classes as per the requirement
∎ Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning
∎ Prepare and distribute periodic progress assessments
∎ Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests
∎ Grade and comment on allocated online submissions of assignments and essays with proper assessment within 24 hours of submission
∎ Collaborate with other teachers and instructors
∎ Attend and contribute to periodical meetings
∎ Plan, facilitate, and execute educational & marketing activities and events in collaboration with Pie faculties and administration when required
∎ Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, workshops, conferences

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
