Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent teaching skills, and a proven track record of helping students achieve high IELTS scores. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, providing individual support, and developing customized strategies to improve students' performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach all IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking in both online and offline formats.
- Deliver interactive, engaging lessons tailored to students' needs.
- Assess students' skills, provide feedback, and track progress.
- Develop and update lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests aligned with the latest IELTS standards.
- Provide personalized guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve target scores.
- Conduct practice tests and simulate exam conditions, analyzing results to improve performance.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Stay updated with IELTS trends and attend relevant training sessions or workshops.
