Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate IELTS Instructor, preferably from IBA or Dhaka University, who has extensive experience in guiding students toward IELTS success. The ideal candidate must have achieved a minimum overall IELTS band score of 7.5 (with no band lower than 7.0), though 8.0+ is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
Design and deliver lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
Provide individualized feedback and proven strategies for score improvement.
Monitor student progress and maintain high satisfaction and success rates.
Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, grading systems, and recent trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Candidates from IBA or Dhaka University strongly preferred).
Proven experience as an IELTS Instructor/Trainer with measurable student success.
Minimum IELTS band score of 7.5 (overall), with preference for 8.0+ achievers.
Exceptional English proficiency (both spoken and written).
Strong communication, mentoring, and motivational skills.
