Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an effective compliance program
∎ Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
∎ Draft and revise company policies
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
∎ Evaluate operations procedures to assess compliance risk
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
∎ Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
∎ Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
∎ Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
∎ Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
∎ Supervise and coach the staff reporting directly to the position.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.
∎ Perform and oversee a variety of administrative tasks.
∎ Appropriately maintain and secures confidential records and inquiries.
∎ Screen and schedule appointments/meetings and maintain daily calendar for the Head of School.
∎ Focus on solving conflict, maintaining confidentiality, listening to others, keeping emotions under control, remaining open to others' ideas and contributing to building a positive team spirit
∎ Organize and coordinate special events and seasonal activities, such as orientations, graduations, department trainings, etc.
∎ Inform Head of School of any problems, conflicts or program concerns as soon as they arise.
∎ Complete other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Head of School.
