Our strength is our dedicated workforce with diversified skills and knowledge.
We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Hydraulic Technician.
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems in all aluminum Extrusion Press and its related other machineries.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot hydraulic presses, extrusion machines, anodizing machine, die-casting lines, and other related machines.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Oversee hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and control systems.
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance, repairs, and hydraulic system performance.
Ensure all hydraulic operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and production managers for process optimization.
Train operators and junior technicians in the correct operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
Participate in system upgrades, installation of new equipment, and modernization projects.
Identify cost-effective solutions for hydraulic system issues and improvements.
