Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

Technician: Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration, with 7 years of experience.

Supervisor: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC with 10 years of experience, including supervisory experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale HVAC systems.

• At least 8 years

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, and refrigeration.

Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.

Hands-on experience with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.

Leadership and team management skills (for Supervisor).

Basic computer skills for CMMS/ERP, reporting, and documentation.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).Valid driving license.

Technician

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration).

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain service documentation.

Supervisor:

• Supervise HVAC technicians and coordinate work schedules.

• Plan resource allocation for installation, maintenance, and repair projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and codes.

• Review work orders, maintenance reports, and service records.

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other departments.
