Education:
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Technician: Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration, with 7 years of experience.
Supervisor: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC with 10 years of experience, including supervisory experience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale HVAC systems.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, and refrigeration.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Hands-on experience with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
Leadership and team management skills (for Supervisor).
Basic computer skills for CMMS/ERP, reporting, and documentation.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).Valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Technician
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration).
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections.
Follow safety procedures and maintain service documentation.
Supervisor:
Supervise HVAC technicians and coordinate work schedules.
Plan resource allocation for installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and codes.
Review work orders, maintenance reports, and service records.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other departments.
