∎ We are hiring a Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our dynamic organization and HR team. Working as a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, creating personnel records, following organizational policies, arranging training, and recording annual leave, sickness, and maternal leave. The right individual for this HR position will have previous experience, an HR degree, and excellent communication skills. The recruiting HR Officer working with the central HR Team at Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, Separation.
∎ Addressing disciplinary issues and taking proper measures as per organizational rules and regulations.
∎ perform and ensure core HR activities and practices in the whole organization
∎ preparation of all documents of personal file related to recruitment, selection, employment, assessment, evaluation, postings, etc. including develop proper job descriptions.
∎ ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures
∎ planning and managing payroll, attendance and leave issues
∎ update database, prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly HR reports
∎ create job postings, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
∎ assist to HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management
∎ conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with organizational growth
∎ get actively involved with internal and external events of the organization
∎ facilitate communication throughout the organization and its field offices and develop procedures to make the workplace more efficient and mitigating any conflict in consultation with management.
∎ Drafting office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Implement & follow-up Performance Management System for all staffs .
∎ Ensuring smooth relationship between management and staffs & workers.
∎ Monitor and track manpower requirements for different departments and ensure placement of best fit candidate in a timely manner
∎ Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and taking initiatives accordingly
∎ Initiate to develop of different policies, procedures and practices to expedite project work from time to time.
∎ models professional and ethical standards when dealing with visitors, parents, colleagues, and community
∎ meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating
∎ can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR & Compliance.
∎ Advanced knowledge on MS Excel & MS word
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good commend in English
∎ Good analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
