  • Strong practical knowledge of Factory HR Operations.

  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.

  • Good command of MS Office and HR software; experience with Cripton Pro will be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to independently manage HR operations in a factory environment.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall HR & Administration operations of the factory.

  • Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and workforce management.

  • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, shift scheduling, and employee records.

  • Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, rules, procedures, and disciplinary standards.

  • Handle employee grievances, counseling, disciplinary actions, show-cause notices, warning letters, and other employee-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor law and applicable statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate closely with Production, Accounts, Security, Maintenance, and other factory departments.

  • Monitor employee performance, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.

  • Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and confidential employee records.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR, manpower, attendance, and employee-related reports.

  • Coordinate factory inspections, audits, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Support management in improving manpower productivity, employee discipline, retention, and workplace efficiency.

  • Perform other HR & Administration responsibilities assigned by management.
