Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment: Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
∎ Employee relations: Managing employee needs, ensuring compliance with company and government procedures, and fostering a safe work environment.
∎ HR initiatives: Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems and initiatives.
∎ Policies and procedures: Providing counseling on policies and procedures. To comply employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
∎ HR data analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
∎ Employee engagement: Leading initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
∎ Onboarding: Facilitating remote onboarding processes using digital platforms and virtual tools.
∎ Employee records: Ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up date.
∎ Training materials: Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development manager.
∎ Follow up and Maintain administrative and losistic support including purchase, Office stationary, Office cleanness and ensure working environment comply with the polices.

∎ Breaking the Silence is a non-profit, voluntary organization registered with the Department of Social Services (Registration No. 05037, Date: 17 October 2000) and NGOAB (Registration No. 1642, Date: 20 May 2001). The organization works to establish child rights, prevent child abuse and child sexual abuse, prevent child marriage, accelerate child-friendly good governance, improve the quality of education at the primary and pre-primary level, prevent violence against women, empowering children and women. The organization is implementing a project named Sports for Protection, Resilience and Transformation (SPiRiT) ubder the consortium Climate Action at Local Level (CALL) in Satkhira district of Bangladesh. The project will be implemented by the support of ‘ Tdh Foundantion . BTS is going to recruit the ‘HR & Admin Officer for the mentioned project and the position’s desk office will be at Satkhira districts.

∎ Job Description:
∎ We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the organization a better place to work.
∎ Tenure of Services Contract:
∎ 3 (Three) months probation period. After successful completion of the probation period, based on the performance of the staff and recommendation from the supervisor, the post may be continued till the project’s lifetime.
