Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement housekeeping plans and strategies to maintain hospital cleanliness.
∎ Manage and enhance the hospital's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
∎ Coordinate and oversee housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are clean and sanitized.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping initiatives and processes.
∎ Create and manage employee rosters.
