∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline (flexible for highly experienced candidates)

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure overall safety & security of the house (such as ensuring safety & security through providing guidance of security guards & other staffs.
∎ To ensure that all the vehicles used in the house are being maintained properly.
∎ To manage the security guards, drivers, cleaners, gardeners and other staffs working in the House properly.
∎ To oversee whether all kinds of payable bills of the house such as electric, DESA, WASA, Internet, newspaper, cable TV, City corporation, Gulshan society & others are being paid on time.
∎ To fix any problems with electrical lines, water lines, gas lines, swimming pools, showers and bath rooms, AC, refrigerator inside and outside of the house as directed by the appropriate authorities.
∎ To oversee procurement any kinds of household goods when needed instantly.
∎ To maintain official correspondence with internal & external stakeholders effectively.
∎ To conduct all administrative work under the direction of the authority properly.
∎ To ensure proper protocol during arrival & departure of the honorable chairman & family members.
∎ To ensure entry of visitors properly taking prior approval from authority.
∎ To ensure proper & timely maintenance of different equipment of the house when needed.
∎ To ensure proper pest control of the house time to time as advised by management.
∎ To ensure proper management of the pet animal such as dogs & others of the house.
∎ To ensure strict safety health checking such as temperature checking, applying hand sanitizer & other hygiene item, musk using for the visitors enter in the house.
∎ To accomplish any other tasks assigned by the authorities time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working experience as House Manager/ Caretaker of the house of any reputed Chairman/MD/any renowned person in Dhaka city preferably in Gulshan /Bonani / Baridhara area.
∎ The applicants must have previous working experience in the Bangladesh Armed forces / Police / Any other law enforcing agencies.
∎ Retired ASI/SI of police or retired sergeant of Army (equivalent rank of other forces) WHO meet all other requirements are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be physically fit.
∎
