∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hostel Manager will report to and supervised by the Project Manager
∎ Have to stay in the girl's hostel and will fully responsible for managing the hostel
∎ She will be responsible for facilities enhancement and maintenance of furniture, fixtures and fittings, maintenance of rooms, electrical equipment, a/c, plumbing etc.
∎ Maintain the meal log register, stock register, in-out register, observation books, visitors book, leave application & register of students etc.
∎ Responsible for preparing the daily purchase requisition of meal for students and receive the item as per requisition
∎ Responsible for keeping all the clinical placement's items
∎ Responsible for ensuring all hostel rules from BRACU and HOPE management are strictly following
∎ Coordinate and ensure good food for the students in coordination with the support Staff
∎ Inventory/stores management of various items like stationery, sanitary requirements, electrical stores and spares, food provisions/groceries
∎ Monitor/check supporting staff duty and their duty roster
∎ Look after in different areas e.g. TV Room, dormitories/houses, computer lap, library, visitor's room, dining, games area and garden etc.
∎ Maintain all documents and decorum in the hostel and campus
∎ Take active part in all DMP activities at tanning center or outside like Midwifery Open School, Pop-up fair, various day celebrations
∎ Carry out all the instructions passed by Project Manager, Admin & Finance Officer and Faculty of DMP
∎ Will be responsible for any other Administrative and Financial duties of the project/s as assigned by the authority

∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ She must to stay in the hostel.
