Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tour and Travel Agency, Airline Ticket Reservation, hotel reservation, Visa Consultancy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtaining information from clients and making travel arrangements as per client’s specifications.
∎ Designing cost-effective travel package which suit clients’ needs and budgets
∎ Work on Product development and provide content for win-win packages
∎ Create proposals to tour operators, hotels transport agencies and so on.
∎ Negotiating the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides and restaurants.
∎ Understand customer needs, requirements and addressing complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Strategic planning and implementation of travel products and itineraries for clients.
∎ Maintaining and updating database of all client information.
∎ Make reservations and answering all incoming telephone queries promptly and efficiently.
∎ Chasing and confirming any pending reservations of special requirements.
∎ Attend phone calls of existing clients to solve any issues/queries and make phone calls to potential clients.
∎ Communicate with the customer side regarding all issues (customer questions, inquiries, and complaints)
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements.
∎ Provide a response within the required time frame.
∎ Maintain a record of all booking and accuracy in same.
∎ Cooperate with all departments in providing information.
∎ Cooperate with all departments in providing information to win the Customers’ Heart.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Fluency in English is compulsory
∎ Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced organization with flexible hours
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skill
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
