Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare RI micro-plans by coordinating with UHFPO, partners and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ To support risk prioritization and conduct validation in low performing pockets as identified during RI/special immunization drives/VPD outbreak areas/ areas left outs.
∎ To conduct concurrent session and house-to-house monitoring using standard tools and sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders.
∎ To support and facilitate community awareness and mobilization activities through relevant partners.
∎ To prepare SIA micro-plans by coordinating with UHFPO, partners and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ To support UHFPO in planning and effective implementation of vaccine and logistics during SIAs.
∎ To support capacity building workshops, meetings and reviews with relevant stakeholders.
∎ To monitor vaccination campaigns as per guidelines and provide feedback to relevant partners.
∎ Searching of potential cases and sample collection: track cases and collectsamples from AFP, Measles and other VPD cases and dispatch to laboratory in proper cold chain.
∎ Reporting network: visit low priority informers and collect information on probable VPD cases and share the same with SIMO. Identify potential informers in the community and inform SIMO for inclusion in reporting network if required.
∎ Support any other need based surveillance activity.
∎ To provide need-based support as part of field investigation during outbreak including contact tracing.
∎ To collect information/data from the camps for assessment/survey/study on agreed standardized forms/tools and necessary capacity building.
∎ To provide support for Joint Assessment Teams (JATs) during health and wash assessment activities, if required.
∎ To facilitate health sector to monitor and collect data from the camps on agreed standardized forms/tools.
∎ To support the sector as data collectors for assessment/survey/study in camps using standardized forms/tools and after necessary capacity building.
∎ To provide updates regarding any unusual events/ incidents in the camps in agreed template.
∎ To support field coordinators and camp coordinators of health and other sectors, if required.
∎ Attend respective camp level coordination meeting and update the sector about key findings.
∎ Any other need based activity as desired by health sector.

∎ Candidate with Data Entry experience or Sound in MS Excel (Skill will be tested) will get preference for Data Positions".
∎ Ability to collaborate with different institutions, organizations and personalities from the Government, NGO and private sectors.
∎ Ability to work independently and creatively, willingness to travel.
∎ Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and in a team.
