Job Context:
∎ Northview City School, a fast growing school (Bangla Medium & English Version) at Khilkhet,Dhaka- 1229 is looking for a Headmaster.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the overall Academic and Administrative functions as well as assistance to the Director.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get used to the system of the school.
∎ Responsible for the overall student and administrative discipline.
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routine, Syllabus, Session Plan, Scheme of Work,Lesson plans,Teaching materials according to the NVCS standard.
∎ Develop curriculum, training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Make sure that teachers take classes properly and timely.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve Academic and Administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians/Parents and External Office (Government Office, Private Office and Other Institutions) when required.
∎ Organize Annual programs (Annual Sports, Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates,Events, etc).
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Monitor and Evaluation teachers' Class Observations, Performance Reports according to the NVCS standard and forward them to the Director and Chairman.
∎ Look after the Academic and Administrative activities of the school.
∎ Arrange the parents meeting according to NVCS rules.
∎ Responsible for overall Safety and Security for the Students and Staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have teaching experience in a well-known school.
∎ Candidates must have teaching experience at least 5 years.
∎ Candidates must have the experience to deal with National Curriculum (Especially in Pre-primary and Primary level).
∎ Need excellent proficiency in English language.
∎ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal managing abilities.
∎ Strong computer skills in MS office suite and other social media.
∎ Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
