SHAMOLIMA has specialized in this sector through our extensive experience of providing Professional Consultancy Services, Supplying Project Materials, Providing Construction and Erection facilities, Supplying Oil and Gas field related equipment, Power Plant Heavy Engine, Transformer & other heavy material transportation from Mother Vessel to project site after Shipping & Customs clearance under our own license.

∎ As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a visionary Head of Technology to lead our technology team and drive the development of our cutting-edge platform.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Leadership:
∎ Provide strategic technical leadership to align the technology vision with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software and hardware solutions.
∎ Product Development:
∎ Lead the design, development, and deployment of our supply chain visibility platform.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features meet business requirements.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Build and lead a high-performance technology team.
∎ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
∎ Technology Stack:
∎ Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to support the company's growth and scalability.
∎ We are looking for:
∎ Backend: Java
∎ Frontend: Angular
∎ Database: POSTGRES
∎ Mobile: Flutter
∎ Hosting: AWS
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
∎ Security and Compliance:
∎ Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Strategic Planning:
∎ Work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in leading a talented team in a technology-driven environment.
∎ Strong background in software development, architecture, and project management.
∎ Experience in building and scaling complex, real-time platforms.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or related industries is a plus.
∎ Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
