∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory/ Store Management, Store keeping, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the store in a well-defined manner
∎ Maintain day to day store activities with ERP software
∎ Ensure liaison with procurement, commercial and production department for smooth store management
∎ Issue, receive, document, warehouse, maintain inventory and make computerized entries for the related items
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement and submit to the Management on time
∎ Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, damaged stock and changes in stock location
∎ Maintain correspondences with Production for on time delivery
∎ Ensure material issue and receive entry in the stock card
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly materials receipt report and inventories
∎ Check safety stock of materials and ensure buffer stock
∎ Prepare monthly budget of specified items through software
∎ Keep track of physical stock and computer records
∎ Handle engineering store, raw materials store and finished goods store independently as the head of department
∎ Educate and train relevant people on store activities
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with footwear experience will get extra preference
∎ Good knowledge on accessories, raw materials and finished goods storing system with proper documentation
∎ Proficient with MS Office, Power Point and Oracle software
∎ Sound communication skills
∎ Very good leadership qualities
∎ Strategic mindset
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and independent
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure
∎ Ability to manage different internal stakeholders and bring the desired result
